Our physical shop is closing it's doors this Saturday June 11. It's not goodbye, you'll still be able to get your favorite bits through the online store. Saturday July 2 and Saturday July 16, PGH orders can be picked up from Morcilla between the hours of 10am - 2pm.
A fresh, uncooked Italian pork sausage made with toasted fennel seed, coriander, black pepper, garlic, oregano, roasted red pepper, and Calabrian chili. Will be frozen upon pickup. 3 links, about 1lb.
