    May (Shipping the week of May 10)

    • Hazelnut - an earthy pork salami made with hazelnuts, bourbon, dried cherries, and hazelnut liqueur
    • Saucisson Sec w/ Herbs de Provence - a traditional French pork salami with black pepper, pink pepper, garlic, and herbs de Provence
    • Garlic Scape - a seasonal pork salami made with garlic scapes
    • Chorizoa Spanish-style pork salami made with pimentón and garlic

    June (Shipping the week of June 14)

    • Leek Ash & Porcini - a one-of-a-kind pork salami made with leek ash, porcini mushroom, and port
    • Fuet - a Spanish-style pork salami with black pepper, garlic, and white wine
    • Calabrese - a spicy Italian pork salami made with Calabrian chilis, white wine, garlic, and fennel seed
    • Fernet, Oil Cured Olive, and Lemon - a unique pork salami made with Fernet Branca, oil-cured olive, and preserved lemon

    July (Shipping the week of July 12)

    • Finocchionna -  a traditional Italian pork salami made with fennel pollen, toasted fennel seed, and black pepper
    • Lamb Harissa w/ Za’atar - a lamb salami with harissa (a spicy, aromatic chili paste), za’atar (a Middle Eastern blend of savory dried herbs), and preserved lemon
    • Salchichon - a classic Spanish pork salami made with white wine, toasted fennel and black pepper
    • Toscano - a rich Italian pork salami made with red wine and black peppercorn

    August (Shipping the week of August 9)
