    February - Ships the 2nd Week of February

    • Morcilla Achorizada - pork, clove, nutmeg, ginger, coriander, cinnamon, black pepper, pimentón dulce, espelette pepper, garlic, pigs blood, onion, salt, sugar, sodium nitrite, non-fat dehydrated milk and lactic acid starter culture

    March - Ships the 2nd Week of March

    • Calabrese - pork, Calabrian chilies, white wine and garlic, salt, sugar, sodium nitrite, non-fat dehydrated milk and lactic acid starter culture
    • Genoa - pork, garlic, white wine, fennel seed, black pepper, vin cotto, salt, sugar, sodium nitrite, non-fat dehydrated milk and lactic acid starter culture
    • Wagyu Beef au Poivre - Wagyu beef, pork, caramelized onion, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, black pepper, green peppercorns, brandy, salt, sugar, sodium nitrite, non-fat dehydrated milk and lactic acid starter culture
    • Marinated Olive - pork, preserved lemon, roasted garlic, rosemary, oil cured olive, castelveltrano olive, manzanilla olive, salt, sugar, sodium nitrite, non-fat dehydrated milk and lactic acid starter culture

     

    April - Ships the 2nd Week of April

    • Finocchiona - pork, toasted fennel seed, fennel pollen, black pepper, salt, sugar, sodium nitrite, non-fat dehydrated milk and lactic acid starter culture
    • Iberian Pepper - charcoal roasted Iberian pepper, fermented Iberian pepper, salt, sugar, sodium nitrite, non-fat dehydrated milk and lactic acid starter culture
    • Noir - pork, caramelized onion, thyme, pate spice(black pepper, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, ginger,) pigs blood, cayenne, salt, sugar, sodium nitrite, non-fat dehydrated milk and lactic acid starter culture
    • Pepperoni - pork, paprika, cayenne, fennel, allspice, red wine, salt, sugar, sodium nitrite, non-fat dehydrated milk and lactic acid starter culture
